PUERTO RICAN CHICKEN BREASTS

3 whole chicken breasts, boned, skinned & cut in half

1 tsp. garlic

1 tsp. onion salt

1 tsp. oregano

Dash of pepper

2 tbsp. vinegar

2 tbsp. olive oil

Place chicken between sheets of wax paper and pound with rolling pin to flatten. Remove paper. Stir the first 4 ingredients together. Sprinkle half of seasonings over chicken breasts.

Place in a shallow baking dish. Stir vinegar and olive oil. Pour over chicken. Sprinkle rest of seasoning over chicken. Bake at 375 degrees for 40-45 minutes until golden brown. Serve with rice and salad.
